I want to give someone a gift, how do I deliver it to another address?

You can do this in two ways. By contacting us via email at contato@rosanapilo.com and requesting delivery to the desired address or by changing the registered address.

My part arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, don't worry. Send an email to contato@rosanapilo.com with photos of the damage and we will take action as soon as possible. Remember that items are unique and depending on the damage, we may have to replace it with another item of the same value that you choose from the store.

I want to return the item because it wasn't what I expected, what should I do?

If you did not like the item or the item was not what you expected and you wish to return it, please contact us by email at contato@rosanapilo.com explaining the reason for your cancellation. You have up to 7 calendar days to contact us. Don't forget to keep the item in its original packaging and take all necessary care to ensure that it is not damaged during return shipping. You can choose another item of the same value from the store or request a refund. In this case, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Don't worry, tell us how you want to proceed and we will resolve the issue as best we can.

How do I purchase a part that is unavailable?

All pieces are unique and coded, so it is not possible to purchase a piece that is unavailable.

I want to see more images of the piece I'm interested in. How do I do this?

Do all sculptures come with acrylic protection?

Yes. Mini, small and medium sized sculptures come with acrylic protection.

How are orders delivered?

The pieces are carefully packaged and delivered with great care to the customer via post (Sedex or PAC).
